Ryan N. Terry – Policy Advisor and Analyst
Mr. Terry has consulted clients for nearly fifteen years on frequency allocation and deployment issues and has provided guidance related to the completion and submitting of applications for radio and equipment use. In particular, he has an expert knowledge of the procedures related to wireless, media, experimental, and international service application processes. Mr. Terry served on the preliminary task forces that developed both the ULS and IBFS filing systems at the Federal Communications Commission and was the recipient of the first International Bureau “Partnership Award” in 2003.
Mr. Terry received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Tulane University in French linguistics and political economy in 1995, and a Master of Arts degree in international affairs, with a specialization in international law and organization, from the George Washington University in 1998.
