W. Kenneth Ferree

Of Counsel

Mr. Ferree graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 1992 and immediately began a practice in communications law and communications-related litigation.  In the course of his career, he has practiced with several firms and held a variety of policy positions, including Chief of the FCC’s Media Bureau, Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and President of the Progress & Freedom Foundation.  

 In addition to his law degree, Mr. Ferree holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a BA from Dartmouth College. He served for six years as an adjunct professor at Georgetown teaching courses in communications law and legal ethics, and has testified before Congressional committees on numerous occasions.
